Algeria's ambassador to Cameroon, Abdullah Boukamash, welcomed football legend Samuel Eto'o, the president of the Cameroonian Football Federation, during the events of the day dedicated to Algeria, organized within the framework of Algeria's participation as a guest of honor in the ninth edition of the Cameroonian International Trade Fair.
The Algerian embassy stated in a statement published on its official Facebook page that Eto'o's visit came within the framework of celebrating Algeria's national day, where he was officially received by the Algerian ambassador, in an atmosphere reflecting the solidity of bilateral relations between Algeria and Cameroon.
The statement read: “We are honored to welcome the icon of African and world football, Mr. Samuel Eto'o Fils, President of the Cameroonian Football Federation, during the events of the day dedicated to Algeria, organized within the framework of our country's participation as a guest of honor in the ninth edition of the Cameroonian International Trade Fair”.
